For the keyboard, make an unedged window without focus. More precisely, if the focus is lost, the keyboard window fills the focus back.
The parent for him is the background. And it is always on top of other windows.

Hi,

You might try WM_AttachWindow() and WM_DetachWindow().

But keep in mind that if the new parent is not large enough to display the keyboard it will get clipped.

Changing the parent on the go?

Dear all

Is it possible to change the parent of a child on the go? For example, I'd define one unique child window for a keyboard and hide it. Then I'd show it for a chosen parent.
