udev Warnings

Hello,

I am getting the following warnings from udev under Debian GNU/Linux 6.0 (Squeeze):

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
udevd[426]: BUS= will be removed in a future udev version, please use SUBSYSTEM= to match the event device, or SUBSYSTEMS= to match a parent device, in /etc/udev/rules.d/45-jlink.rules:1
udevd[426]: SYSFS{}= will be removed in a future udev version, please use ATTR{}= to match the event device, or ATTRS{}= to match a parent device, in /etc/udev/rules.d/45-jlink.rules:3
udevd[426]: SYSFS{}= will be removed in a future udev version, please use ATTR{}= to match the event device, or ATTRS{}= to match a parent device, in /etc/udev/rules.d/45-jlink.rules:4
udevd[426]: SYSFS{}= will be removed in a future udev version, please use ATTR{}= to match the event device, or ATTRS{}= to match a parent device, in /etc/udev/rules.d/45-jlink.rules:5
udevd[426]: SYSFS{}= will be removed in a future udev version, please use ATTR{}= to match the event device, or ATTRS{}= to match a parent device, in /etc/udev/rules.d/45-jlink.rules:6

The following version works for me without problems:

Source code

1
2
3
4
5
6
7
SUBSYSTEM!="usb", ACTION!="add", GOTO="kcontrol_rules_end"

ATTR{idProduct}=="0101", ATTR{idVendor}=="1366", MODE="664", GROUP="plugdev"
ATTR{idProduct}=="0102", ATTR{idVendor}=="1366", MODE="664", GROUP="plugdev"
ATTR{idProduct}=="0103", ATTR{idVendor}=="1366", MODE="664", GROUP="plugdev"
ATTR{idProduct}=="0104", ATTR{idVendor}=="1366", MODE="664", GROUP="plugdev"
LABEL="kcontrol_rules_end"

Is the "==!" operator at the SUBSYSTEM-value a typo in the original version ?

Best regards,

Matthias
